First time Lilith, you probably want Mind Games. It's her most OP skill and makes playing her and the game easy. Get a Double Anarchy (SMG) and you will roll everything. Phoenix is my favourite build, though and is also amazing. You'll need a good Firefly mod and once you add in a Hellfire, it's a lot of fun. I recommend either Silent Resolve or Hit and Run. SR works great with builds that focus on using Phasewalk a lot, such as builds with Hard to Get and Blackout. HaR works well with Inner Glow and Radiance, allowing you to healing more and cause more shock damage. Plus the melee bonus is nice for ending Phaswwalk. The great news is Commander Lilith and the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is more of the funny, loot-happy Borderlands 2 we know and love.
