Mar 2, 2024 · Turbo Oil Leak. After replacing both the oil cooler & turbo oil return tube - I'm still getting oil leaking. This time it looked to be from the compression ring holding the turbo and exhaust together. I took the ring off and cleaned it up. Sure enough! Oil is seeping where the turbo mates with the exhaust. I'm assuming the turbo fan seal is shot. My small leak onto exhaust was from oil cooler gasket. I replaced oil feed line, valve cover w gasket, intake manifold (which houses 1 pcv valve) and corrogated pcv intake/turbo hose/valve. My oil leaks have stopped (for now, the failed pcv valve was the key).
